Too many glitches now. Trying to play a game and all my letters are 'W' and worth 88 points. Try to put a word down when I've not got 7 W's and they won't go on the board but appear to hover. Had a message from the game saying the glitches were sorted, SORRY TO TELL YOU, THEY ARE NOT!! Please look again and rectify.

Like many others, the game has just randomly stopped working for me. I'll go to play, but when I go to play a word nothing happens. Was fine one day, then just wasn't fine the next day. So bizarre. Also agree that there are too many ads. Decided to try out a monthly subscription to avoid them and still having the issue with the app bugging. Weird.

I'm currently unable to play moves on games as the play button flashes, but nothing happens when pressed. The back arrow at the bottom of the screen isn't working either. Some parts do work - the daily word challenge, for example, and the endless adverts, but it's very frustrating. I have heard from other players that they have the same problem. All suggested trouble-shooting ideas have failed.
