Dragons: Rise of Berk

Huge content depth and really frequent updates. The graphics are good and the mechanics are well-made. I've played this game for years and I haven't gotten bored of it. Definitely not a pay-to-win game, and you can do most important things completely free-to-play. The quests and defend Berk game mode feel immersive and actually interesting, unlike most island expansion games. It's very easy to learn, low-pressure and chill. 10/10.

Not terrible, not great. The core concept is good, though not unseen from other titles. However, the constant barrage of rather expensive micro-transactions every time the game loads is rather annoying. This is further worsened by the game's instability. Though I'm not sure what causes it, I've had frequent bouts of time where the game will crash, two, three, four, or more times in a row. Additionally, there is a daily limit on watchable ads, limiting gameplay.

Overall, game is really good, gameplay is fun and the graphics are nice (the dragons are rather adorable too). However, I cannot stand how long things take. I'm pretty patient, but having to wait several hours (sometimes days) for things to happen is really irritating. The waiting is fine, I don't mind waiting a little bit (a few minutes, maybe an hour or two at most), the issue is that the amount of time I'm waiting is just too long. Still, great game nonetheless, would recommend.
