Not given a server choice at creation so I'm stuck on a server with absolute reliance on in-game translation, manually triggered, software just to communicate with anyone. Oh, sure, I could give up any progress I've made in the time it took to see it wasn't just a global mix server and find where they'd hidden what server I was on and how to change it and switch to a different one that's already farther along to start fresh and way behind. Which is wholly unacceptable.

customer service is horrible. they have messed up events which people pay for and then don't bother to listen or look at what is being shown. 1 star as the game continually is dying off and this is a large portion of the reason. to get anywhere in the game you need to spend at least 200 which I do and yet their is no respect for your player base. I will change the rating if issues are resolved in the future.

used to be a fun game. It has become garbage. poor business model where they are willing to continually lose players because customer service and loyalty program person Noah are useless. even when shown clear issues you'll always get the run around. Do not recommend even wasting your time with the download until they make adjustments to people running the game on their business end
