Paying customer and they urgently need to work on solving the continuous network issues. There are much cheaper options given the remote connection is very unreliable. The camera regularly doesn't connect even when on the same wi-fi, let alone when trying to access it remotely (yes, the option is enabled).

This app has been the overbearing grandparent who's always right. It's good at sensing trends and offering tips to navigate what it thinks you and your child are going through. I can't tell if it's using AI to learn from what it observes or if it's just serving general advice based on our child's age, but it's usually not wrong. Very good connectivity. People having trouble with connectivity need to raise their internet speeds or get a better router or add a mesh sattelite.

I have been using this app for over 1 1/2 years. It has given me such freedom from worry. I would recommend it to everyone. I've found the connection to be really good. We have had a few loss of connection but these have resolved themselves really quickly. I found most occurred before/after an update and quickly resolved after a reboot. The rating is only because of the minor connection error. The app and functions are amazing. No false alarms, great memory captures and easy functions
