I was having fun, but I just dropped from level 664 back down to 639! I thought I'd been seeing the same levels again and again, and now I know why, it keeps resetting my progress back to level 639. This is despite being on my home's high-speed internet, so any connection issues are not on my end. Edit: Finally managed to get it to save past level 639 by closing the app after each level. While it's annoying, at least I'm not constantly having to re-do the same level over and over.

Overall I love the game itself, and as a very long time Neo player it's great for in game rewards. But the issues when trying to play are really frustrating. Since a recent update the game persistently crashes out to the log in screen. I can press the back button and jump straight back in, but it happens again 5 minutes later. I've tried MANY times to purchase the small coin (1.99) pack but purchases do not work. Daily and leveling rewards also don't always credit. A LOT to work on to improve.

There's not a lot of bugs with the game, and the Neopass rewards are nice, but after eventually reaching around Level 200 and after that, it just becomes annoying, losing all its fun as it feels like it turns into an RNG of whether you can clear the level or not. Also, the bugs that occur sometimes just end up requiring to close and reopen the game multiple times just to receive rewards or progress in the story, making it more a annoying.
