Fun gameplay, but keeping a good team is frustrating. Contracts are too short and too expensive, and using the same currency for player renewals and facility upgrades makes it hard to progress, especially when you're losing. Retro Bowl handled this much better by separating those systems. I'm not too far into the game, so maybe it improves later, but right now it feels more punishing than rewarding.

After a week of playing the full paid version, I have reduced my score to 2 stars. The game is good and has the basis there for a very good game, but here is absolutely no way to carry on playing after a very short period without purchasing large amounts of in game currancy (bux) from the play store. You simple don't earn enough to sustain a playable team. For me you need to at least have something to return back to and keep people interested.

Really wanted to love this game. But the fantastic gameplay is ruined by awful mechanics that drive the player to spend more money. You're constantly running out of in-game currency. Player & coach contracts need to be renewed after every season, so you can't afford to keep them all on unless you come top of the table. Infrastructure needs investing or it will decline. After 2 poor seasons I was left with one coach and one single player. Helpfully, the game then suggested I buy some more coins.
