There is one thing which I hate about this game and it's the reconnection. For some reason my game crashes while loading to the match and then the reconnecting takes about 2-3 minutes. By the time I come back to the game, my level will be too low and ofc I will get reported even though it wasn't my fault. During the reconnection, once it reaches 100%, it will then reset and I have to wait until it reaches 100% again. This can be really annoying and will be great if you can fix this problem.

The game does take time to master, getting used to the strategies. Some heroes are harder than others, which take slightly longer to get a hang of, but all of the heroes are balanced if played at a decent level (better players obviously have a better chance at winning). The skill based match making works very well for me, if I go on a win streak the game gives my higher level competitors (with higher rankings and higher win rate). If you lose more, the game gives you easier players.

Generally it's OK not on the same level as league but it's OK major blow is the ranked mode is full of smurfs (players that are better than the rank their in and have a second account)) even in bronze making it impossible to enjoy and even if you find players that can play as a team it's usually the enemy that do more than your team. The game also suffers from some marksman hero's being too overpowerd like the default marksmans stun lasts way too long but even then if you loose one tower or more than 2 team fights or if one of your team is under leveled your screwed no way of a win. Overall good game just suffers from a snowball effect without any way of a comeback unless your a god at a hero in which case all the power to you.
