I've been using this app for nearly two years now and it works well with the headphones and is easy to customise the settings. Doesn't require an account to work and access to everything it asks for can be blocked, unlike others have said. Also in all this time, it has never sent any foreground, background or any data whatsoever to anywhere because I have that turned off in the android apps settings. I think people are just technophobic tbh.

9GB of data usage in a month!?? I was going to write a great review, since the app works great (perhaps only the wake-up sounds could be made customisable) but I bought an extra 5GB of data last night while abroad and in the morning it was all gone. Upon investigation I discovered that Soundcore used it all up! Outrageous!!! All in the foreground too. What exactly are you transmitting there my friends, the microphone feed? No thank you!

I first downloaded this right after I got my very first Soundcore A20i. I got hooked once I saw that you can edit your controls, EQ and you can find your earbuds if one went missing. It got even better when I got my new R50i NC, where I could adjust the level of Noise Cancellation, actually edit my EQ, make more than one customized EQ preset and save them. Altho, when opening the app for the first time, it feels slow and sluggish. I always have to restart it affer first opening it. Please fix it
