Absolutely useless mess. - Every time you try and order something the app declines the order. - You cannot order items into a local store when they are not available for delivery!! - You cannot order for delivery...because they don't have the stock at the local store!! What even is the point of this app? It seems to be there just to annoy potential customers. Brilliant way to go out of business fast.

Useless. I am trying to order from the nearest store that's a little over 30 miles away. Previously this was never an issue. Although all items show as in stock on the website, they are all "out of stock" (even the screws!) when I try to checkout. I don't drive, and I'm not about to carry a few 30KG+ sheets of wood (okay composite wood) 30 miles. The cherry on top, is that my order is just under £100 and the closest thing locally only delivers orders over £100. This is moronic.

Really clunky and trying to checkout your basket is a nightmare. Doesnt save cards, doesnt seem to allow import of saved card details from wallets, throws errors more often than not when enter manually. Will only use as a fallback when I cant get what I want from Screwfix or Toolstation which are invariably cheaper and have properly functioning apps.
