This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. Just a note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.
• Adjust the sound volume for each hearing aid together or separately
• Mute surroundings for better focus
• Switch between programs set by your hearing care professional
• Check battery levels
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Zeal™, Jet PX, Zircon, Opn™, Ruby, Jet and Siya)
• Stream calls, music, and podcasts directly to your hearing aids (availability may vary depending on your phone model)
• Find your hearing aids if lost (requires location services to always be turned on)
• Access app support and troubleshooting solutions
• Meet your hearing care professional for an online visit (by appointment)
• Adjust streaming sounds with streaming equalizer (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Opn™, Siya, and Jet)

First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.
App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.
For optimal performance, we recommend updating your device to Android OS 13 or later. To check the latest list of compatible devices, please visit:

The app is absolutely horrible... connectivity is sporadic and inconsistent. Keeps freezing, crashing and disconnecting from hearing aids. The battery level indicator is frankly useless, it continually shows batteries at 100% and then quickly shows depletion rates from 100% to 10% in approximately an hour. I would be embarrassed if this was my company's app and was the best they could do.

The Android version seems a bit of an afterthought, as the app was released for iPhone primarily. It's clunky, the voice connection with the phone sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, even when calls do connect to the hearing aids you still have to speak into the phone's microphone. Come on, the Android version can be done better than this! Oh, and can we have a choice of colour rather than just this horrible pink?

App is terrible, keeps force closing. loses connection with left hearing aid constantly, not a hearing aid issue because I got the first one swapped. tried the connect clip and that's not much better. now for work calls over the laptop I use proper headphones with anc and whacked up to max volume. I can't wait for their replacements to come round, annoyingly I've only recently changed to these, so it will be a long wait.

In this update, we have added wax filter replacement reminders to help you keep your sound quality at its best, and streaming filter for clear and comfortable streaming especially in noisy environments, both available for compatible devices.
