Like so many others I was caught by this company's communication about subsequent payments. Almost £40 taken after what I thought was a one off £15 cost. I contacted them and have to say their customer service was very quick and efficient. I was happy with the outcome and have changed my review. Their response has been brilliant.

Avoid! They make you think you are paying for a one off lesson to teach Good Manners. Next thing £39 is taken from your account and they tell you "no it's a subscription" They refused a refund me and actually asked for more money to keep being able to see the training I had already paid for for 30 more days. Scammers!!!

Awful. you get on it, hooked by one of their "offers" and then it's just a general subscription. Some of the things are not even available in the opening profile interface. After that, you can cancel easily, however, so that's the only reason I gave it a 2* The daily training is a bit patronising as well, for a long term dog parent. but ok, some people probably need that. Very confusing app. and a terribly dishonest marketing tactic.
