What's going on with your pay in 4 option? The last few times I've tried to use it, it takes the money from my account & then sits with an eternal spinning wheel "processing your payment" & it doesn't go through. I try again, it takes the money out again, & doesn't go through. So I buy the item outright & now I have to wait 5 days, over the weekend, before I see my money returned to my account! I should be able to dispute, talk to someone or cancel the faulty pending transaction. Fix it!! Not ok

You’re better off using your own debit or credit card. In my experience, you get far more buyer protection than with PayPal, which I found offered very little protection when I needed it. There’s also no live person to speak to when something goes wrong—everything is automated, and I found the system unreliable. I used PayPal for many years, but after my experiences with them, I eventually closed my account and will never use PayPal again.

I used to really like this app, but since they have made various "improvements" I find it hard to navigate. It took me ages to find my list of payments after one update. I also don't like their reward points system (if you have chosen to sign up). It's very inconsistent and takes forever to get enough worth redeeming. I think PayPal are trying to hard. They need to stop all the fancy updates and put a person on the end of the phone instead of a useless AI chat bot.
