I've just started using the app. I struggle to add the pieces I practise - it seems to hang mostly when I try to add a piece. As far as I can tell, you can only add pieces that are already in its database. And it is rude, inasmuch as it prevents you from switching apps - it takes over the whole screen, so you can't even close it (on my Samsung Galaxy phone) without turning the screen off and back on again.

Idea of the app is great. But App is heavily draining phone battery and in many cases cause crash (with OSmessage that app was closed due to CPU overheating). App gets updated frequently, but even though I have reported this problem long time ago - noone seems to care. Also, how many times do I have to REFUSE to enter my birthday for you to stop asking and nagging me further? I got an annoying popup on every app startup.

Tonic has helped me to return to a structured practice routine. It also supports me to imagine playing for an audience and to feel comfortable in that space. A practice routine is my biggest challenge as I have a busy life but with Tonic I feel motivated to do better. I also love listening to other people practicing which makes me feel inspired to get back into it. Thank you, developers, for creating this community! 💖🌟
