Updates for a delayed flight were inaccurate or non-existent. We were told that our flight would be delayed 12 hours but the app showed departed. When following up an expense claim, I could not see the complete conversation, only the most recent update. There is no clear access to a complaints procedure. I find the whole interface difficult to navigate apart from access to the most obvious features.

My attempts to check-in online resulted in an obscure error message ("Oops, error! Oh dear. An error has occurred. Have another go.") Of course, "having another go" hasn't changed a thing, and I ended up having to pay 55 quid at the airport for the airline's app being unable to do what it's presumably designed for. In other words, it's literally a scam app.

Ryanair app used to work fine, but the latest update(s) seem to have caused problems, for me anyway. Whenever I go into the app it shows my upcoming booking, but when I click on it, I now keep getting the "Oops, error. Can't retrieve booking details". I have the latest version of the app, all other things work fine on my phone, and fortunately I can access my booking if I use the Ryanair website rather than the app. I'll just need to screenshot my boarding pass and use that rather than the app
