Hard to rate as everything on the phone is working properly. Not sure if this wasn't the case, how good the app would be... Also, it seems to be generic for all supported devices, not device specific, as it wants to test wired headphones and that's not an option on these new phone models for the last couple of years now... It's a bit slow to open from a notification.

A good app where samsung users can discuss and help each other out! Somewhat easy to use and navigate. Any benifits on the device never show, takes you in circles in logging in and endless links. Advertising for accessories is misleading as it's assuming you live in South Korea, otherwise you won't have access to such items etc. (Links take you to generic pages with no relevant products). A small thing, but it's big when a customer is trying to buy said thing.

The support to customers offered through the app is deplorable. There is no support, just a mix of AI and useless/disinterested staff with no desire to help their customers. I've been a Samsung user for over a decade (phones and TVs) and never needed support. The way they've teat me (and others with the same problem, having read similar feedback) means I've no problem finding another brand that would like my business.
