My flight is delayed and will arrive the day after.. Kiwi has classified this as a 'Minor' delay and does not provide any alternative. Other companies provide alternative or refunds in the same scenario. It is basically impossible to talk with an agent and they do not provide any helpful information. The whole situation is appalling and how they communicate is ridiculous. I will never book with Kiwi again.

Rip off, don't use. This company charges the basic rates for flights to lure you in but with huge mark ups for any extras like admin changes, baggage or booked seating. And you can't get a full refund (I'd get less than £10 credit for £120 flights) if you cancel so once you book ,you're stuck with them. Book directly with the carrier for the best prices. This is the first and last time I'll use this company, I wish I'd checked them out more before I got caught out.

Had the most shocking experience. Booked same day flights and we were left waiting for a booking confirmation. Called up and kept being told they are "working on it". They refused to cancel and told me not to book another flight as they'd sort it. They waited until right before the plane was due to go to accept they couldn't sort it out and cancelling, So I was unable to travel. Wouldn't let me speak to a manager or even listen to me at all. Completely DISGUSTING service.
