Feel pretty tricked into wasting so much time building a website, only to find out that in order for half of the features to function you need to keep upgrading your plan. Not to mention the supposed free trail allows you to pretty much do nothing. I moved away from shopify because I was under the impression that square space would be cheaper, but I was clearly mistaken. I've already spent money before it became clear that my website can't sell any products so I've wasted a bunch of time &money

I don't want to be mean and give it 1 star because when it works it's awesome. But the 'when it works' isn't very often. It either kicks me out when I try to edit pages and takes me to a 404 error website page, which isn't from my site, or takes me to log in again (and not just because I've been logged in too long. It does it immediately after logging in too). I literally only use it because I can't upload media from my phone to my website without it. I regularly just delete it.

I've been using it for more than 5 years. It gets buggy very often. The orders sometimes show up doubled, so it looks like 1 person ordered 4 items instead of 2 & the wrong (default) image on the orders. It's frustrating. But it was great accessible to the site on the go. It would be great to get the app updated. (Android).
