The new app looks better and has more features than the original however, the tracker still won't sync to 100% so unable to use the tracker have been having issues since around July 2025!! With not much help from customer service!! currently exploring other trackers for my daughter!! Shame as the tracker was great when working when we first got it and really helped her trying to improve.

Android users, be aware, the 2nd part of the 6 months free academy access they promise you won't work. There will be issues when you try to enter the redeem code Stats Sports send you. I've been sending emails back and forth to them to resolve it. So far I've had to send 7 emails and they haven't fixed it, nothing they have said has worked yet and it has now been over 2 months...

Trapped in a sluggish "upgrade" Moved from Apex Athlete Series thinking this was an upgrade. It’s a massive downgrade. The app is painfully slow, sluggish, and way too basic. Worst of all, it has zero backward compatibility. Once your training sessions sync here, your data is trapped. Moving back to the faster legacy app means leaving recent history behind because there is no export tool. Frustrating software for expensive hardware. Fix the lag or let us migrate back.
