This game has just got to expensive to play over the last 3 years of playing I've noticed that the prices are going up and red officers are harder to get so to basically get the snowball officer without hitting events is going to cost close to £400 real money. Also noticed that the orange officers are getting harder and. The game was a good game until prices are getting higher. Its getting greedy and there's no fun in the game no more. Really disappointed in the game and the developers are just getting greedy.

Absolutely shocking customer service! I am a veteran player returning after 6 years, have spent hundreds of pounds in a space of 2 days, and when I repeatedly emailed them about a bug (both, via email and the ingame option), not one response! It's been ages since I sent my first email. I have noticed that those who have spent grands get the fastest response (while othere wait weeks). Not spending another penny in this game. You're better off playing a different game, trust me.

I played this game for years had 1 main account and 12 farm accounts. I lost my account cause of my Facebook got hacked. I spent 1 $10,000.00 over the course of 7 year I was in zone 8. I had to give my other 12 farm accounts away because I had no use without my main account I was 1 of the top players in zone vs zone. so be mindful of what you bind your account with. you not get any help.
