Attempted to send 600 pounds and account blocked immediately . But account already verified with passport a week earlier. Left me frustrated. contacted customer service,and after sending some stupid questions they say stay online our dedicated team will come back to you. After several days nothing.Guess they are never coming back😜. Customer service seems to be same with other useless apps This is even more useless with expensive exchange rates. Now blocking them for good 😊.

My account got suspended for no good reason. I was able to send 5 pounds to test it, then I tried to send the actual amount that is 1000 pounds the then problem started. Support team can't give me a valid reason. I just tried to send Money, the whole point of the app is this and it can't do it properly. Blaming system issues to Customers fault, what a joke. Update: 13/05/25 Still suspended, looks like they reply to bad comments and forget to resolve the issue.

This app worked perfectly until after several transactions it wanted ID verification through a third party service (Joomio). This wouldn't go through on my main device which was highly frustrating (hence 4*), but I did manage it on a different device, so this might work for you too. No explanation as to why it didn't work on my original device and not much help from customer services. But the fact remains, this is the only way I have found to make transfers to friends in a troubled region.
