It was simple to link hub and connect to WiFi and my phone (Bluetooth). Set up a couple of automations using the 'scenes' option. Setting the curtains to close after local sunset is a nice feature and useful for home security. The banner stating "Not Subscribed" on camera feed images fingernails still displays despite following your advice from 30/05. It is intrusive and I'm not interested in a cloud subscription.... otherwise would rate the app higher.

Absolute rubbish! I have two of the Switchbot devices. Both worked well for a year, then suddenly stopped working. The app won't load any information and keeps telling me to switch on my Bluetooth, when it's already on. I have tried all the usual things to get it to load - deleted app and reinstalled, reset it, etc, etc...Complete waste of money.

I recently purchased a CO2 monitor. The app is not loading historical data, the graph shows no data. When I press load more data it says "it will take minutes to load data", why would it take minutes to load one day of data. No data is loaded. Graphs are empty. Thinking of returning due to app issues. Tapo is much more reliable. edit: I removed the device and added it again, and made sure not to enable cloud storage, its working again now.
