The updated app is nicer looking than the old but many features are gone. For example I can no longer access settings, prices or ride history. There is now a grayed out icon, which, upon pressing informs the user that this 'feature is coming soon'. If you are going to release an unfinished product inform the user first and let them opt into an alpha/beta rather than forcing them to update. Also, it is illegal in Sweden to not show prices for your services.

Decent app, does the job it's intended to (mostly). Ending a ride is a bit hit & miss as it regularly says you're not in a parking zone, very frustrating if you're in a rush. Updated down to 2* as the "not in a parking zone" problem has worsened, it seems to be since they started to ask for a scan of the qr code but that may just be a coincidence. It is very annoying to have to call support to end your ride for you, they are very helpful but I really shouldn't have to be calling so often

Absolute rubbish! Choose one of the other providers that allow flexibility in parking. I got to my destination and tried ending the session and it would just not work. No message or info about why the session wasnt ending. I wasted 15 minutes trying to move to different areas and at the end went to a place where lots of other scooters were parked. That meant a 15 mins walk back to where I needed to get to. Would have been easier to just walk.
