I put in my flight information and it keeps telling me no confirmed booking even though I have my flight confirmation via email and the money has been taken from my credit card. It's impossible to get through on the phone, just some annoying robot that gives you many different options none of which relate to my problem. !!!!

One of the most frustrating glitchy apps I have ever experienced. Trying to book in on line has proved impossible. Airport selection stops at Barcelona and refuses to scroll past. Tried to confirm my contact details and app stuck stopping me from finishing the online boarding procedure and forcing me now to book in at the airport. Dreadful experience and a total waste of time.

App looks great but... a couple of things not working and/or user friendly. Tried filling out the CBSA Declaration but just get a blank lower half screen popup - had to do via browser instead. Once you've checked in the Display Boarding Pass Option says available but hangs and you don't get it - I used SMS instead. If you go back to the booking it still prompts you to login and you have to go through the first couple of steps to get back to the boarding pass page. Not a great experience so far.

Staria rewards program. Customers can now create an
account, check their points balance, add their
membership card to their wallet, learn more about the
program, and choose to receive program-related
notifications.
It also includes minor fixes and display optimizations.
