Talk isn't available in the UK even though the site says it is. the connection isn't stable even using 5g full bars. Waste of time and money trying to setup a unifi network. In response to their reply: I just had a look at the usa pro plan, it would make the monthly fees 20x the normal plan for a small team, just for an app that connects to our udm pro. M365 and Teams phones would be a cheaper option at that point.

Hi, we apologize for the unsatisfactory experience. Currently, using the UniFi Talk Softphone feature requires a UniFi Talk Pro Plan subscription. I pay for a UK UniFi Talk subscription and don't have the Softphone option. That's nuts. I don't want to be a second class citizen when it comes to features I'm paying for like someone in the USA. Please offer the Softphone to UK Talk Subscribers. Also, Android has offered app shortcuts for ever (when you press and hold the app icon and have a list of quick launch actions). Why don't you guys put the options available for the user there? Better yet, make some widgets!! Thanks.

Hi Peter, only the UniFi Talk Pro plan support Softphone feature in the UniFi Identity Endpoint. This plan currently is only available in the US and Canada. No individual accounts for tenants that would enable them to transfer UniFi to a new device as needed. No second device. Glitchy. May fail to recognize faces or take longer time on certain occasions. Has reset itself so that doorbell stopped coming as a phone call. Impossible to access door control in a timely manner if you have a screen lock on your phone.
