App doesn't allow you to add your bank card, add your park tickets and fails to display accurate queue times (to be fair, the park staff have no idea what the queue times are either, often being out by a couple of hours). As a result of this you can't order food, can't buy/upgrade tickets and can't plan your day. The maps alright, but not as detailed as the physical paper copy.

Linking services such as hotel reservations and tickets doesn't work. I try to book (tickets and hotel) through the app, but then it takes me to the website...what's the purpose if the app? There's a lot of reviews about wait times, but it's not really worth it for me as I usually have express pass. Park map isn't accurate for food. Also, I only visit for Halloween Horror Nights. Thankfully, after the visit my "used/expired" tickets usually show up in my account, just not when I need them.

-1 star if possible absolutely the worst app I've ever encountered, cannot even do the most basic task of creating an account, once you've successfully done it via the main website, you might be able to log on, but often not. then it forgets the ticket you have added to the device, and universal refuses to give out physical tickets in replacement. absolutely diabolical and you wonder why Disney world is doing better. it's 2025, it's not that difficult to make a working app, get a grip.
