despite shipping emails having links on them, you can't follow links into the app so trying to track my order through an error page was impossible as it always brought up an error screen. I've been told 5 different delivery dates for my order, ranging from next week to in 4 months time and have been given no option to cancel the order despite only placing it a few hours ago.

Good for shopping, not for loyalty. I have happily bought stuff on this app for way over a year, and it is easy to use and find what o want. However, the loyalty aspect is severely lacking in development as whenever I have bought something, I haven't got the points. With some purchases it has been over a month. I feel like this issue should be looked into, especially with how promoted the loyalty is.

The app itself is nice and I love the rewards scheme but there's quite a selection of items that are being sold both in shop and on the website that don't appear on the app, this is frustrating because when I try to open the app through chrome (not incognito mode where I've checked they have the products on) it automatically sends me to the app where an error is displayed. Meaning I just can't purchase the unadded clothes online
