Used them twice now to get music concert tickets that were sold out. Not cheap, but on both occasions I've had absolutely no trouble at all. Chosen the tickets I've wanted on their interactive platform, communication has been brilliant and the digital tickets have arrived in plenty of time before the gigs. I have to thoroughly recommend them based on my experiences.

We recently bought tickets to Bon Jovi (which was amazing). However, these tickets were expensive compared to face value and, whilst we paid the price to see our favourite band, the delivery process was horrendous. We didn't get the tickets transferred until the evening of the day before. Totally unacceptable as we were starting to think we were scammed or that we would end up in a huge queue at Wembley. Viagogo you need to improve that. we won't buy tickets through you again until improvements.

Absolute scam - ruined my night and left me stranded! I bought concert tickets through Viagogo, but they were never transferred to me. I had already spent hours traveling to the venue, hoping the transfer would clear. Midway there, the app notified me the tickets weren't available. No alternatives were offered—only a forced refund taking 5–6 working days! Trying to get help is impossible because there is zero human support, just a useless AI bot. Avoid Viagogo!
