I think the product is good. The app is average (Sorry). I would love to be able to export the data as csv file via email, I would even pay for an in app purchase or small subscription fee for this as I think its valuable, sending a picture is a bit old school. Or you could even push the data to cloud web app for manipulation. Also the o2 trend graph would be better a line graph as it's hard to see. Likewise the movement graph is difficult to see.

edit: issue partially fixed so I'm upping my rating. still lose some nights' data but not always. still disappointed. unfortunately I'm having the same issue as others, my stats don't sync up with the app and I wake up to lost data and a disconnected device. the vibration alert is still helpful by itself, but the whole point of this was to collect data to share with my gp. i really hope this gets fixed as it makes an expensive device practically useless

Very hit and miss as to whether it will pair a device or not after the first time. And honestly, it's more "miss" - especially when the app keeps turning the phone's Bluetooth off! What an absolutely ridiculous thing for the app to do. Serves no purpose for the app itself, and severely affects other apps such as the alert button I have for if I fall. It makes me wonder why I spent so much money on Bluetooth devices when the app doesn't work properly. Incredibly disappointed.
