I would give it 0 star if I could! The app could not do anything. It does not allow you to manage your booking, and it did not recognise the credentials that I already had with Vietnam Airlines. The chat feature on their app or on their website is equally horrible. It shows no indication if your message has been sent to them, nor if they have received it. If you waited on the chat for a few hours, someone might drop you a short, impolite message, then dropped out and let you wait for hours more

Very poor app. Have used many airline apps and never had the problems I've experienced with this. Keeps crashing or saying can't connect so call them! Can't book upgrades or extra luggage. Pressing all the right keys but it just looks at you. Airlines want us to use these apps, obviously it saves them money, but not a lot of help if it's no good. Due to fly out in two weeks, would really like to sort my extras out before we leave. Sort it out VA! Still trying to book seats/upgrade. Useless!

Absolutely awful. I am a 30 year traveler and used every popular travel app known to man. After an hour on Vietnam Airlines app trying to book a flight I gave up. Regardless of User Name/Password it won't let me log in, it won't let you use simple characters like # in your password, when you launch the app it kills all audio on your devices, when you launch the app it puts me in the UK, select the flights, then it decides I am in the USA and resets the booking form back to the Home Page, everyth
