I love that I can read books offline, that it has a dark mode, and that it has the ability to read aloud to me. What I don't like is that when I am listening to a textbook it stops every few minutes when the app seems to just shut down. so I have to relaunch the app, go back into the book and start listening all over again. when I am listening to three chapters of a textbook for one week worth of reading, it is really annoying to have to restart it over and over.

I have the resource synched on two mobile devices. Unfortunately some of the information added to one device is not visible/accessible on the other. Additionally, I have yet to learn how to reorder my note cards. A recent experience saw cards being moved out of the required order and no option available to return them to the desired positions, as required.

Dreadful bloatware (200MB+ just to read some text). I only installed for a book club book that I couldn't access otherwise. Glad I only paid for one book, because only got one chapter in, found it hard to read. Meant to come back, now can't recover account. Downloaded EPUBs seem a better idea than this DRM nonsense. No, I'm not going to email your support, as I've wasted enough time and will have to write off the time and money. Luckily I have a good independent bookshop for proper books.
