I really liked the app, cause I could access my wishlists quite quickly, as well as checking stock for my local shop to click and collect. But after getting a new phone (Dec 2025) the app doesn't work properly now. Whenever I try to search something up, press the "see more" button and tap on the author's name, it will say there's a connection error and to try again later. I have uninstalled the app and redownloaded it but nothing changes.

3.5 stars because the app sometimes becomes unresponsive when trying to update personal and payment details, and it doesn't always let me switch which card to pay with on preexisting orders. Other than this, the app works fairly well. I do appreciate the digital loyalty card because I'm a nightmare at keeping track of physical cards.

This app has been working well and then after my phone did updates it ran really slowly. I ended up only using it for the reward card and nothing else. I got a new phone and haven't even been able to open the app yet on the new device even after uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Still at war with it while writing this review. Additionally, my partner ordered books via the app that ended up getting lost in the system and arrived 3 months late. Going in store is better and easier.
