It gives you estimated delivery times in each restaurant's listing, but once you order and pay, you are given a new expected delivery time that can be even 40 minutes longer. If you don't like the new time you cannot cancel your order from app level, you have to call the restaurant and hope that they will actually pick up the phone. I don't know whether it is an issue with the app or with a restauraunt, but either way it is poor customer experience.

Horrible experience. The app crashes constantly, the filtering is not even remotely intuitive. Some obvious filters are missing, like why can't you filter by "open now"? That's pretty important when picking food. The payment also crashes constantly. There are errors sometimes when you go through orderimg process. You can't view your order once placed. Absolutely horrible. You almost can't believe that JustEat has the same logo (amd probably parent company).

Hi! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing said issues. Thank you for your opinion toward filters. We'll take this under consideration while planning new updates! Please delete app cache data and try our services again. If that does not help, uninstall and reinstall the application. That should help with crashes that you are experiencing.

The app lies about delivery and pickup times, but it's too late when you paid, and have to wait 1hr longer than advertised! Shady practices. There are no pictures of food items, which makes it hard to confirm what is it that you're ordering, as name is not always descriptive.

We're sorry you had a long wait for your order. The time shown next to the name of the restaurant is an average time, calculated by the system on the basis of the ratings of previous customers. The real time is determined by the restaurant. It can be influenced by many factors - the number of orders, distance, traffic in the city
