There is something seriously wrong with the app or devices. Both devices we own randomly say they aren't connected to the internet and ignore schedules. However if you start then manually the app can see them. Resetting and reconnecting them to the internet does nothing, the same message appears again. it didn't used to be this way, so something screwed up somewhere.

Hello. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience. Based on your description, the robot vacuum is likely in sleep mode when not on the charging dock. Please keep it on the charging dock after cleaning, and it will not go offline. If the above does not resolve your issue, please send an email to t_support@lefant.com.

I had it working well for 4 times. Than the app wouldn't remember my M1. I uninstalled app and tried to reinstall. No luck it won't let me even select a country. I restarted my phone and tried again. No luck. I have emailed support, have not heard back yet. Have constantly been trying to access the app. Still no luck. Have tried again and the app has allowed me to gain access. So changing my rating from 1 star as I do really love the machine.

This has to be the worst app that I have had the misfortune to download, if I could give it zero stars I would. I have been trying for 3 days to connect via Bluetooth, each time I get to 84% before being thrown out. I have submitted a feedback report, considering the 1 star reviews I have read, I don't expect a reply anytime soon. There are more 1 star reviews than any other, shows me that Lefant don't care much about their customers. I will be sending this back if I can't get this resolved

The problem you reported may be caused by an incorrect WiFi password or the device not being in pairing mode (the indicator light will flash and a prompt tone will sound once pairing mode is activated).
