I really wouldn't want to rate the app this low, but I've been trying for 3 weeks to set up an account without success. I can't find any way to reach customer support. They direct you to "open a conversation" in the app but there's no way to actually do this. At this point I emailed 3 times, and I keep getting an automated email to say use our in-app help centre, which doesn't allow me to speak to someone.

good: good amount of stocks, etf, etc. bad: The app is very very limited: The charts are dificult to read. There is nothing in the cart signaling your buying and selling Statements are not real-time. Inside your stock summary there is no way to get you past orders. you need to keep a different app analize your stocks. There is a big room for improvement and to learn from competition. there are great app available (ex: revolut stocks. not big amount of products, but great app)

This app is a hoax... I created a limit order and when the price surpassed the limit for more than 10 min, nothing happened... Then I created a stop limit at a certain price, but it sold for lower...and I'm not talking pennies, but 90.000€. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? Also, the support are totally unprepared.😡🤬 I will go for the other alternative Apps.
