The energy depletes rapidly and you quickly become stuck not being able to do anything until it either recharges (2 mins for 1) or you pay via diamonds or real money (dia also cost money). I only downloaded it because it's ads made such a point of saying they don't use pay to win/play and not surprised it's yet another money grabbing merge game. Also I've barely been able to invest in the story as energy is gone not even 3 levels in even after spending 30 dia. Disappointed is an understatement.

After playing for a while, my rating has dropped from 4 stars to 2. It starts off fine and the story is good but then this game quickly becomes as annoying and as predatory as all other merge games. Constant events that aren't possible to complete, lack of energy and rewards, long and annoying merge chains, little space on your board, etc. Play for about 10 levels then delete. It's not worth it.

the game is so cute. the art is fun, it act has a story worth reading, which is rare in this genre, and the takes on magical creatures is nice. I like that others can visit your cafe. I only wish I could actually customize my cafe a little so it felt more like "mine". not too much I don't need the Sims, but maybe a choice between two options could be fun
