This app is absolutely terrible. I've uninstalled & reinstalled with no success in booking anything. I'm computer literate & have no trouble with apps except this one. As an owner just trying to book a swimming session, I've given up & I'll be taking a walk to the pool to book it at the desk. When it does work, you have to scroll endlessly to find anything as the menu system is useless. Somebody sort this app out or just cancel it & give Lyons their money back!

Owner here. I've had the app for at least 18 months and it has performed very poorly since day one. Initial issue was load speed which was definitely an issue for the developer as it was taking 4 or 5 minutes to load. Current issues... 1. Activities showing bear no relationship to what is actually happening (probably content manager issue). 2. Much touted ability to link your owner account to the app account doesn't work. And yes - I'm supplying the correct CUS number.

A lot to improve for this app. constantly crashes, I've had to reinstall numerous times so I can access my passes. For booking your slots for the on site activities, the calendar won't let you go past the day you're on even after selecting "this week" in the filter. Fix all those issues then the app would work great
