Most of the time it won't connect to my AC200M via bluetooth. It connects only around one time in 10, even when im standing right in front of it. Yes, bluetooth is on the phone and the AC200Max, and Ive cleared the cache, restarted the phone. There's not much point in having an app if it can't be used. I give up now, I just have to look at the screen on the device.

We found that there's a bad lag in the units' updating solar charge information. At 07:30 (in November) it said we'd had 200watts, this was a miracle as the sky was black with rain & clouds! Another unit lost financial data; it showed savings of £50, days later it was £30. We've three units, Apex, 2 Elite 200. All in all not overly impressed with the app', Bluetti's storage of data from the units is poor. as is customer service.

you can't add an address because it will not allow you to leave landlines blank, also a bit strange that Bluetooth connection times out surely the point of Bluetooth connection is that you can operate the power remotely at all times when you choose to operate with Bluetooth connection. Just a thought. accessibility at all times and anywhere is a false claim.
