Can there be a future app update that sends a notification if you have locked the car with the window and/or the sunroof open. You only get a audible notification if the whole car has been unlocked for 10 mins. I find the latest update with more car controls excellent . Also find the latest software very good as it seems to have corrected many of my glitches. Fingers crossed 🤞 5/7/2026--- Notification setting on app not working as displaying Oops, something went wrong. Try again later

Feels like a work in progress. We have a 26 plate xc40 ultra, with the app in UK mode it reports the fuel consumption of 7.4mpg. Clearly its miles per litre. Reported to Volvo via WhatsApp and they had zero interest in resolving what is obviously a bug. It is also too easy to forget the sunroof is open when locking. Those matters aside it does provide some useful information.

The new version is even worse than the last one. I have a plug-in hybrid tried to set a times so it charges over night, now it just charges as soon as you plug in, and you can not stop it without unplugging. I have tried deleting timer and resetting even uninstalled the app with no joy. I'm glad I paid for such a useful app!
