This is the most nit-picky 4*, bordering on 5*. Streaming quality is excellent and instant, no glitches or bugs to playback at all. (Though I do live in London, don't know if it would be less good if I was further away from a popular CDN node.) The only negativity is that sometimes tapping icons or scrolling isn't as responsive as I'd like. And sometimes if a video is paused by a disconnecting Bluetooth, videos don't restart on the first tap. Overall, very very good.

The content on the app is great, and some of it isn't available anywhere else, but the app itself is useless, it constantly crashes, videos don't load most of the time, sometimes it just plays completely the wrong video, and I've got a persistent notification from the app, which says nothing other than "nebula", and won't go away unless I restart my phone, and even then, it comes back when I open the app again

Look - I want to give the app a better rating and would easily give it a 5* when it works, but it doesn't always work. The positives are on a good day the streaming is good and the ability to download videos a real benefit. The bad is that the network often doesn't work, the app will occasionally crash, and overall is just poorly organised. It's a struggle to find new videos and you often just get inundated with things you're not interested in. Overall needs improvements.
