Well, the game is ok, but the game play is wrong. If you want the turned up card to be trump, you tell the dealer to pick it up. Dealer then discards, and okay continues to the left. If you're to the left of the dealer, for example, and you accept the turned up card...YOU don't pick up that card. Euchre is WILDLY popular in the Midwest of the US, and it's never played the way this game works. Could be really good, but ya gotta at LEAST get the game play working properly.

This app supports standard Euchre rules on www.pagat.com with a number of rule settings you can change. Please finish your current match, leave the table and go to Rule Settings (under PLAY on Player Selection screen) for "Stick the dealer", "Turn it up to Dealer" and "Canadian Loner" settings. We plan to add more variants over time.

Amazed at the difference in the deals from the free version to the paid version. I started counting the number of hands that I was unable to pick up trump to have a chance of making the bid, 19 hands in a row I was dealt 1 to no other trump cards with what was turned up. Unrealistic dealing. Wish I would have stayed with free version, had more fun.

We're sorry you feel this way but there is no difference between dealing in free and paid. Cards are dealt randomly using an industry standard LCR RNG, and random can show un/lucky streaks in any small sample. We work hard to make fun, quality games which is reflected in our strong Google Play rating - we would have nothing to gain from unfair play

Fairly fun, but even though I know the cards are supposed to be dealt randomly, I have to agree with other reviewers that the AI players seem to get better cards more often somehow. Also, there is no way to declare a 'McEvoy'/'Farmer's Hand' or 'Ace, No Face' which isn't fair. The different "style" players are nice, albeit a bit predictable after you get to know them (that's realistic though). So 4 stars.

Thank you for your thoughts but deals are absolutely random so cpu players use varying levels of probability and inference to make play decisions. We work hard to create good games that people enjoy and would have nothing to gain from giving AI players better cards. We have added your rule variant suggestions for consideration on our to-do list.
