Absolutely love Costa, but haven't been able to Click and Collect since mid January. Had used Click and Collect multiple times a week up until then. Since mid January when I try and order through the app, I get a message pop up saying 'sorry, we cannot access payment services'. Have deleted cards, updated app, uninstalled and reinstalled app... Really frustrating! I have spoken to Costa, they are aware of an issue to a small number of users and are trying to sort it. Hopefully it's fixed soon!

Used to be fine, but can no longer scan codes at coffee machines to get points, it's as if it can't see the qr code and the last time in store it wouldn't even my Costa card, so I missed out on points and the promotion they were running. With so many coffee shop choices, loyalty discounts help to make my mind up on where to go, if they aren't working, I'm obviously going to go somewhere they do work reliably!

Sort of works. For me its usefulness is to avoid queuing and waiting in store. It's strange then to be told by the app, immediately after ordering, having been told there's an 8 minute wait for coffre, to go directly to counter and tell them I'm there. If I wanted to wait at the counter for 8 minutes then I wouldn't have first spent 4 minutes typing my personal details into an app and buying online.
