I only rate this 2 stars instead of 1 because of the convenience of use. However, the Devs of this app need to learn the difference between "due" and "eligible". I have had to pay the ULEZ charge for a number of concerts this year. But the app says payment for the tunnels is due, I never went through either of them. It also says the congestion charge is due, according to the map Wembley stadium isn't in the CC zone. The app is incredibly misleading, which makes it very poor imo.

I wish I could rate it lower! I paid for a visit into the congestion charge zone, via this app. It wasn't picked up by the tfl and I spent the better part of 2 months arguing with tfl that I had made a payment. The payment shows on my bank account but tfl say that they can't find the payment! No receipt was sent when purchased from the app. Rubbish! DO NOT USE!!!

Confusing app, should be a lot simpler. Why can't i just set it up so that if I go into the congestion charge zone it just charges my card and sends me a receipt? What's all this 'ten pounds per vehicle per year' stuff? Why should I have to pay extra to set up auto pay? Even with 'auto pay' there's still no way of telling if your vehicle has triggered the congestion charge until you get billed at the end of the month (well I assume that's how it works). Clunky government paid from-my-taxes app.
