Follow a workout plan with structure and long-term direction, not just another workout for today.

Zestlog uses AI to generate a complete 16-week training plan from scratch. Tell Zestlog how often you want to train, how long you want to work out, your experience level and what equipment you have available. Zestlog AI will generate a plan around your choices.

No fixed program library. No one-size-fits-all templates.

📌 PLANS WITH STRUCTURE & LONG-TERM DIRECTION
Zestlog gives you a structured 16-week training plan with customized training splits and progressive overload, so your workouts connect to a long-term direction.

Choose:
• 2 to 6 training days per week
• 20-minute, 40-minute or longer workouts
• Beginner, returner, intermediate or advanced experience
• No equipment, limited equipment or a full gym setup

📌 GENERATED FOR YOU
Zestlog doesn't simply assign you a workout from a library of pre-made programs.
Every new plan you create is generated by AI based on your choices, giving you a training plan built specifically around the way you want to train.

📌 AI GENERATES. YOU ARE IN CONTROL.
A generated plan doesn't mean you're locked into it.
Edit your current plan, change exercises, substitute movements, adjust your schedule, create custom workouts or start an entirely new plan.
Zestlog gives you structure while keeping you in control of how you train.

📌 TOOLS FOR EVERY WORKOUT
Follow your training with tools designed to make each session easier to execute:
• Exercise demonstrations
• Live rep counter
• Rest timers
• Exercise substitutions
• Workout scheduling
• Strength and weight tracking
• Progressive overload
• 1RM percentage calculations

📌 TRACK MORE THAN TODAY'S WORKOUT
Keep your training history in one place and follow your progress over time with workout history, body measurements, achievements and reminders.

📌 FROM HOME TO THE GYM
Train with no equipment, a few pieces of equipment or a complete gym setup.
Zestlog builds your plan around the equipment you actually have available, whether you train at home or in the gym.

📌 MATCHED TO YOUR EXPERIENCE
Whether you're starting for the first time, returning after time away, or already training at an intermediate or advanced level, Zestlog generates a plan that matches your experience.
