Math the epic way!

Every great adventure starts with a single step. In Math Legacy that step is a number, and from there a journey begins that takes you from 4th to 8th grade: chapter after chapter, all the way to the Pythagorean theorem and equations.

You don't need to be good at math already. You start from scratch and go far.

A WORLD TO EXPLORE

Arithmetic, algebra and geometry are lands to cross. Every chapter has its own theory, its own exercises and help when you get stuck. Every step forward stays with you: your level, accuracy and completed exercises are always in your profile.

THEORY YOU CAN SEE

Three pizzas, four friends: how much does each one get? That's where fractions are born. Every rule starts from a real situation and comes to life in an animation that shows you the reasoning. Then it's your turn.

CHALLENGES THAT NEVER RUN OUT

Easy, Medium, Hard: three levels of challenge in every chapter. The numbers change every time, so you can't just memorize: you really learn. Write the steps, drag shapes, draw triangles on the grid, solve equations line by line.

GOT IT WRONG? YOU KNOW AT ONCE

Every answer is checked instantly. Here a mistake isn't a defeat: it's the fastest way to the right answer. Fix it, try again, nail it.

MAFFY IS ALWAYS WITH YOU

Maffy is your adventure buddy. When you don't know how to go on, Maffy gives you a hint for the next step. With "Watch how it's done" Maffy shows you an exercise like yours, step by step. Then the next move is yours.

THE JOURNEY, GRADE BY GRADE

4th grade: large numbers, operations and their properties, decimals, fractions, units of measure, polygons and perimeter, surveys and charts.

5th grade: numbers beyond a million, powers, operations with decimals, fractions, percentages, area of polygons, the circle, geometric transformations, probability and statistics.

6th grade: sets, whole numbers and decimals, basic geometry, angles, expressions, parallel and perpendicular lines, powers, divisibility rules, prime numbers, GCD and LCM, polygons, triangles, fractions.

7th grade: fractions and decimals, rounding, square roots, irrational numbers, ratios and proportions, percentages, direct and inverse proportion, statistics and probability, quadrilaterals, isometries, areas, the Pythagorean theorem, circles, similarity, Euclid's theorems.

8th grade: integers, algebraic expressions, monomials and polynomials, special products, linear equations, the coordinate plane, polyhedra and solids of revolution.
