Strive is a gym log and workout tracker built by a lifter, for lifters. Unlimited routines and workouts, your full training history forever, no ads, no paywall spam.
My mission is to deliver a gym workout log app that will help you make progress, build strength, and ensure hypertrophy, all that for free.
I will never change a free feature to a paid one, spam the paywall, limit routines or workout logs, etc. (all the bad stuff other gym trackers do).

What sets Strive apart:
- Create unlimited workout routines, most workout trackers paywall this
- Your full history, forever - your gym log keeps every workout, set and chart since day one, no history limit. Mid-workout, tap any exercise to see its history and your previous numbers
- Your data stays yours - your workout journal is stored on your phone, back it up anytime
- Workout plans: 33 ready-made strength and hypertrophy programs built on progressive overload (nSuns, PHUL, Reddit PPL, 5x5, Arnold Split and more), a plan creator that builds one for you from a short survey, or your own plan with workouts set to days or in order
- Plan summary - when a plan ends you get a strength and hypertrophy analysis with recommendations
- Automatic progressive overload - turn it on in a routine and the app raises the weight or reps for the next workout, advanced rules are still there for the nerds
- Automatic warmup sets, per exercise
- RIR/RPE tracking with effective reps metric, made for hypertrophy training
- Advanced charts of your strength log, per routine, body part or exercise
- Personal records and estimated 1RM for every exercise, tracked automatically in your strength log
- Progress photos side by side
- Measurements and body proportions compared to ideal ranges
- Rest timer per exercise or routine, visible in the notification and on the lock screen
- Home screen widgets in many sizes and a personalizable dashboard with all your gym tracker data at a glance
- Plate calculator with your own plates and bars, built right into the lifting tracker
- Gear - assign straps, belts or sleeves to routines and never forget them
- Placeholder exercise - pick a category or body part and choose the actual exercise mid-workout, based on how you feel or what's free
- Custom keyboard to fill your gym workout log between sets in seconds, copy the previous set, fill all sets at once, increment and decrement
- Health Connect sync - import cardio and bodyweight into your workout tracker, send your workouts to Health Connect
- Share workouts and routines with friends or followers, cardio cards with your GPS route
- PT report - send your coach a clean summary straight from your workout journal
- Mark workouts as deloads in your gym log so your progressive overload and hypertrophy stats show the real picture
- Fully offline gym tracker - I know some gyms have poor reception
- Wrapped - your year in review
- Themes & theme creator to make the workout tracker yours
- No ads, no selling your data, no tracking across apps

Everything else you'd expect from a gym workout log and weightlifting tracker:
- Exercise database with 335 exercises, animations and technique tips, ready to drop into your strength log
- Notes
- All set types: warmup, dropset, myo reps etc.
- Workout finish reminder - never again find yesterday's session missing from your workout journal
- Plan workout reminders
- Dark mode

I hope my app will help you achieve your goals, strength or hypertrophy, just progress and get better.
I promise to develop this app until it is your favorite gym log and lifting tracker.
Remember, we all are gonna make it!
Your gym bro, Artur.

The app integrates with Health Connect to securely read or write your workout and health data such as exercise, distance, calories and weight to display accurate training summaries and progress tracking without you having to input the data manually. This feature is disabled by default and only becomes active when you choose to connect to Health Connect.
