IN GOLF, PERFORMANCE IS LONGEVITY.

Get your Player Rating, Train for Golf at your Level and see progress in real time! DRVN turns fitness into measurable golf performance for every golfer, at every age and every level.

GET YOUR GOLF FITNESS HANDICAP™
Your mobility and fitness tell the real story of your golf game. DRVN's ten standardised tests measure what your body can actually do: five mobility tests (squat, rotation, separation, glute activation, balance) and five fitness tests (strength, power, athleticism, endurance and clubhead speed).

Your results combine into one number: your Golf Fitness Handicap. It shows exactly where your body is limiting your swing, what's costing you distance, and what to train first. Every golfer starts at 36, and every score is adjusted for men, women, seniors and juniors, so you're measured against the right standard. No guessing. Just a clear place to start.

A NUMBER THAT STAYS HONEST
Your handicap tracks the work you actually do. Complete a workout, mobility session or practice drill and a shot comes off. Go 72 hours without training and a shot goes back on. Retest every six weeks, climb from Category 5 to Category 1, and chase Category 0: Elite.

It's the accountability that keeps you consistent when motivation runs out, and the clearest measure of real progress in golf fitness.

YOUR PLAYER RATING
Your Golf Fitness Handicap measures your body. Your Player Rating measures how you apply it, combining physical capacity with skill to show how your training is turning into golf performance.
