Moody Month is a hormone tracking app designed to support positive mental health throughout menstrual cycles, PMS and PMDD, perimenopause, pregnancy, and postpartum.

We are supported by a dedicated team of female health specialists, providing insights that help you transform your body's hormonal signals into a guide for better mental health.

The Moody Month app gives you:
- Daily hormone forecasts based on where you are in your cycle, pregnancy or postpartum.
- Predictions for periods, ovulation and mood and symptom trends.
- Customized forecasts to plan your week ahead, around your follicular and luteal phases.
- Recommendations on foods to eat and techniques to optimize your hormonal health.
- Programmes to support specific symptoms such as PMS, PMDD, stress, sleep, bloating and more.
- Premenstrual symptom tracking across the whole month, not just the week before your period, so PMS and PMDD patterns become visible.
- Perimenopause tracking for hot flushes, night sweats, brain fog and irregular cycles as your hormones shift.
- Simple features for symptom logging and audio and text-based journaling.
- A library of hormonal health articles, movement and mindfulness videos and nutritional tips.
- A space to share where you're at with your partner and friends, so you can show for each other on tougher days

Moody Month also integrates with leading health apps like Google Fit, Garmin, Oura and more. Connect your wearable device to see how your health data corresponds with your menstrual cycle.

Moody Month is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Always speak to a healthcare professional about symptoms that concern you.
