Results take time. That's when doubt creeps in: "Am I actually getting anywhere?"

Ithaka is a habit tracker that looks back instead of nagging you forward. Every check-in adds up—into charts,
into a path, into a journey. See how far you've already come.

■ One tap. Done.
· Check off today's routines in a second. Missed yesterday? Fill it in from the weekly calendar.
· Log numbers too—reps, minutes, pages—in a couple of taps.

■ Progress you can see
· Each goal gets a chart that fits its nature: totals you build up, targets you reach, levels you keep, records you break.
· Your totals never go down. Ithaka shows how many times you've shown up, not just a percentage.
· Already doing a routine? Ithaka estimates what you did before, so you never start from zero.

■ It's okay to pause
· Mark a rest day and it stays a rest day—not an empty square. No broken streaks, no guilt.
· Stopping and coming back is what real consistency looks like.

■ Walk with your hero
· Dress up your pixel character with hair, outfits, and accessories. It walks with you in a tiny world on your home screen.

■ Just say it—Ithaka sets it up
· When you start, write what you want in your own words. AI turns it into goals and routines.
· Get a reminder for each routine at the time you choose.

■ Made for you if
· You want a better daily routine but worry you'll quit in three days
· You're chasing long goals—workouts, reading, studying, quitting smoking, losing weight
· You'd rather see what you've built than stare at a checklist

The name comes from C. P. Cavafy's poem "Ithaka": the road matters more than the island.
Journey is the reward.
