Social media are not neutral
Social media platforms are designed to capture your attention, keep you scrolling and slowly wear down your mental resilience.

What people often call brainrot, mental overload or constant distraction is not a lack of discipline. It’s a predictable result of how digital systems are built.

Elin is a cognitive antivirus for the digital environment. It helps protect your mental bandwidth and build digital resilience while you’re online.

Not by blocking apps or forcing you offline, but by making harmful patterns visible as they happen.

What Elin helps protect you from

Mindless scrolling and doomscrolling

Brainrot and constant mental overstimulation

Cognitive overload and attention fatigue

Algorithm-driven comparison and anxiety

Online habits that feel normal, but slowly drain you

How Elin works

Elin works inside your digital life, not outside of it.

You can connect your social media accounts and use them directly through the Elin app.
You scroll, watch and browse as usual, with an added protective layer in the background.

While you’re online, Elin detects signals linked to cognitive load, attention loss and emotional pressure.

When patterns become overwhelming, Elin gently points them out and helps you understand what’s happening.

No judgement.
No punishment.
No pressure to disconnect.

Support when you need it

Elin also offers calm, non-toxic AI support through chat.

You can talk to Elin about what’s going on, unpack confusing or stressful moments and reflect on how online content affects your mood, focus or self-esteem.

The chat is designed to be supportive, grounded and non-manipulative.
It’s there to help you make sense of things, not to push you, optimise you or judge you.

Simple tools for awareness

Alongside real-time protection, Elin includes lightweight tools to help you notice patterns over time:

short self-checks and tests

mood tracking

insights into how your online behaviour connects to how you feel

These tools are not about fixing you. They’re about helping you understand yourself better.

Why Elin is different

Most wellbeing apps focus on what you should do after you feel bad.
Elin focuses on what’s happening before it takes a toll.

Not meditation

Not therapy

Not productivity optimisation

Not screen-time discipline

Elin is a protective layer for your attention, designed for life online.
