DB: Flight Horizon Watch Face

Flight Horizon turns your Wear OS watch into the primary flight display of a cockpit. At its centre is a real attitude indicator: turn your wrist and the horizon, the pitch ladder and the bank pointer move with you, as the instrument does in an aircraft. Around it, your heart rate, the time and your steps sit on instrument tapes. And it doesn't stop at your wrist: the phone app adds six cockpit-instrument widgets for your home screen and a live cockpit-panel wallpaper. All in one download.

A REAL ATTITUDE INDICATOR
The horizon tilts and pitches with your wrist, with its pitch ladder, flight director and bank pointer. Heart rate runs on a tape like airspeed, the hours on a tape like altitude, and the time sits in the yellow box where a pilot looks first. Every minute the digits roll into place like a cockpit counter.

SIX COCKPIT WIDGETS FOR YOUR PHONE
The companion app adds six home screen widgets, each a real instrument: a Six-pack panel (battery gauge, attitude indicator and clock), a Glass MFD (battery and time tapes, the date and your next alarm), an EICAS strip, and Altimeter, Attitude and Heading clocks. They read your phone's time, date, battery and next alarm and change on the minute. Tap one to open your alarms, calendar or battery.

A LIVE COCKPIT PANEL WALLPAPER
The app's slate panel, with its seam and screws, behind your home screen. Tilt your phone and the light from the window moves across the paint. It only moves while it's on screen.

FOUR ALWAYS-ON STYLES
Minimal (the original), Instruments, Reduced (only the time at full brightness) and Full dimmed. Nothing moves in always-on, so it stays easy on your battery.

MAKE IT YOURS
• Five presets: Classic, Night Flight, Glass Cockpit, Dawn Patrol and Stratosphere
• Five accent colours and three horizon styles: Original, Light and Dark
• Dark grey or jet black background
• 12-hour or 24-hour time, or match your watch
• Weather as the temperature, or a full forecast: condition, UV, high and low, and the chance of rain
• Battery and weather fields that take any complication, plus one more at the top
• Rolling digits on or off
• Tap the time for your alarms, the date for your calendar, the heart rate for health

COMPATIBILITY
Watch face: Wear OS 5 and newer (Watch Face Format), including Samsung Galaxy Watch and Google Pixel Watch, on round displays. Not for Tizen watches.
Phone app (widgets and wallpaper): Android 8.0 and newer.

HOW TO INSTALL
1. Install Flight Horizon from Google Play on your phone, and choose your watch under "Install on more devices" (or install it from the Play Store on your watch).
2. Put it on your watch, either way: in the Flight Horizon phone app, tap "Open on watch"; or press and hold your current watch face, swipe to the end, tap Add and choose Flight Horizon.
3. To customise, press and hold the watch face and tap Customise: accent, horizon, background, always-on style, time format, rolling digits, weather and complications.
4. On your phone, open the Flight Horizon app to add the widgets and set the live wallpaper.

PRIVACY
No ads, no analytics and no advertising ID. The watch face has no code of its own. The phone app works on your phone and only receives Design Blues news by Firebase Cloud Messaging, which you can turn off in its notification settings.
